About
London based interior design firm Studio Houghton was established in 2016 by Lizzie Tovey:
"Growing up in a Georgian house, and coming from a line of architects, I found I had a natural appreciation for design, scale and proportion. I nurtured this further by attending the Inchbald School of Design, where I learnt the foundations of interior design.
Soon after graduating I joined leading high end residential interior designers, Todhunter Earle, where, over the following decade, I ran a huge variety of projects including London town houses, country homes, chalets, villas, and latterly a super yacht.
When I am designing I'm very focussed on how my schemes make my clients feel. The home environment contributes hugely to a person's happiness and wellbeing, so I design with an aim to create rooms which are not only beautiful but a reflection of the person who they would love to be."
Lizzie is very proud to have been invited to speak on a panel with Camberyard at the high-end interior design trade fair, Decorex (October 2019).
